"Amazing team! A tree recently fell on my husbands work truck and almost on him but he manage to escape before and hit! Home owner was giving us a hard time with helping us file a claim under his insurance and jocylen came in with immediate support and information on what we had to do to file a claim since it was our first time going through this.
